1. 產品安全與儲存 / Product Safety & Storage

所有冷凍食品（包括小籠包、生煎包、水餃、老火湯等）必須在 -18°C 或更低溫度 下儲存。
✓ 解凍後請勿重新冷凍
✓ 老火湯解凍後需徹底煮沸後食用
✓ 煎炸類食品（如生煎包）需確保中心溫度達75°C以上

All frozen foods (including xiaolongbao, shengjianbao, dumplings, slow-cooked soups, etc.) must be stored at -18°C or below.
✓ Do not refreeze after thawing
✓ Thawed soups must be boiled thoroughly before consumption
✓ Pan-fried items (e.g. shengjianbao) must reach core temperature of 75°C+

2. 食用安全警告 / Consumption Warning

▸ 小籠包內含熱湯汁，食用時請小心燙傷
▸ 老火湯可能含細小骨碎，建議過濾後食用
▸ 生煎包需用中火煎至金黃色，避免外焦內生

▸ Xiaolongbao contains hot soup - consume with caution
▸ Slow-cooked soups may contain small bone fragments - recommend straining
▸ Shengjianbao requires medium heat until golden brown to avoid burnt exterior/raw interior

3. 過敏原聲明 / Allergy Alert

本產品可能含有：
☑ 麩質（麵皮）
☑ 海鮮（部分餡料）
☑ 芝麻
☑ 大豆製品
※ 生產線同時處理多種過敏原

May contain:
☑ Gluten (wrappers)
☑ Seafood (some fillings)
☑ Sesame

※ Shared facility with multiple allergens

4. 烹調責任條款 / Cooking Liability

因不當烹調（包括但不限於）：
✖ 未徹底加熱
✖ 使用錯誤烹飪方式
✖ 忽略產品包裝指示
導致的食品安全問題，本公司概不負責

We are not liable for food safety issues caused by:
✖ Inadequate heating
✖ Incorrect cooking methods
✖ Failure to follow package instructions

5. 特殊產品條款 / Product-Specific Terms

老火湯特別注意事項 / Soup Special Notes:

▸ 冷藏解凍需24小時（禁止室溫解凍）
▸ 解凍後可能出現自然分層現象，煮沸前請充分攪拌

▸ Thaw in refrigerator for 24hrs (no room temperature thawing)
▸ Natural separation may occur - stir thoroughly before boiling

6. 退貨政策 / Return Policy

冷凍食品恕不退換，除非：
✓ 包裝破損導致產品污染

No returns accepted except when:
✓ Packaging compromised causing contamination
