✓ 老火湯解凍後需徹底煮沸後食用
✓ 煎炸類食品(如生煎包)需確保中心溫度達75°C以上
All frozen foods (including xiaolongbao, shengjianbao, dumplings, slow-cooked soups, etc.) must be stored at -18°C or below.
✓ Do not refreeze after thawing
✓ Thawed soups must be boiled thoroughly before consumption
✓ Pan-fried items (e.g. shengjianbao) must reach core temperature of 75°C+
