Leo 師傅是一位擁有超過二十年豐富經驗的專業點心師，出身香港，精通廣東點心、江南小點及創意中式點心製作，技藝純熟，屢獲食客及業界讚譽。
Chef Leo is a professional dim sum chef with over 20 years of experience. Originally from Hong Kong, he specializes in Cantonese dim sum, Jiangnan-style snacks, and creative Chinese pastries. His refined techniques have earned praise from diners and professionals alike.

Leo 曾於多間米芝蓮星級餐廳及大型餐飲集團任職，包括翡翠拉麵小籠包（新加坡翡翠集團）、北京樓（美心集團）、景逸軒（漢寶集團）及金陵湯包（中國金陵湯包集團），累積了深厚的點心手藝基礎與嚴謹的製作標準。
He has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants and major food groups, including Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao (Singapore’s Crystal Jade Group), Peking Garden (Maxim’s Group), King’s Garden (Hanbao Group), and Jinling Soup Dumplings (Jinling Soup Dumplings Group in China), gaining strong foundations in dim sum craftsmanship and meticulous standards.

Leo 亦曾遠赴澳洲發展，於天同飲食集團、順景海鮮酒家及粥家莊等知名中餐廳任職，將港式點心文化帶往海外，深受當地華人社區歡迎。
Leo also developed his career in Australia, working for renowned Chinese restaurants such as Tin Tong Food Group, Shun King Seafood Restaurant, and Congee Village, where he brought authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum to the local Chinese community.

近年 Leo 移居加拿大，繼續其點心之路，曾任職於全聚德及品味長安，負責點心部門的研發與製作，致力保留傳統工藝，並持續推陳出新。
In recent years, Leo relocated to Canada, continuing his dim sum journey with roles at Quanjude and Taste of Chang’an. He led the development and production of dim sum offerings, upholding traditional techniques while pursuing innovation.
